Janella Kamai is originally from rural West Texas but spent several years traveling internationally while working on her education that included not only a J.D. but a Master’s of Public Administration with an emphasis in non-profit management.

Janella Kamai is originally from rural West Texas but spent several years traveling internationally while working on her education that included not only a J.D. but a Master’s of Public Administration with an emphasis in non-profit management.  She spent 14 years as a general practitioner living in Dillingham and Kodiak, Alaska, where she operated her own firm.  These years provided her with the various opportunities to travel and work throughout many of the small villages of Southwest Alaska.   Her knowledge base was widened through her years as a general practitioner living off the road system.  She has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and Elder Law that she uses to represent clients in both estate planning matters and estate administration.  She also works with clients, including individuals and corporations, on a variety of business operation matters.
